Free
One site you own, checked occasionally — a portfolio, a small business site, or a project you want a baseline reading on before you decide anything.
Outgrow it when you need the fix guides rather than just the findings, or the site passes 50 pages.
Pro
A site you are actively responsible for. You want the fixes written out, a PDF to file or forward, and history so you can prove a score moved.
Outgrow it when you are scanning for clients and need reports without our branding on them.
Agency
You scan sites on behalf of other people. White-label PDFs, unlimited pages, API access and Slack alerts so scans run without you starting them.

What the page limit means
The page limit is how many URLs VitalSite crawls in a single full-domain scan, not how many domains you own. We start at your homepage and follow internal links until the limit is hit, prioritising pages that are linked from your navigation. Security headers, TLS and DNS checks run once per domain; accessibility and visibility checks run per page. A 40-page marketing site fits comfortably in Free; a documentation site or store with hundreds of URLs needs Pro or Agency for full coverage.
Billing, tax and cancellation
What you are billed
The listed price, monthly, in USD. No setup fee, no per-scan charge, no overage billing — if you hit a plan limit the scan stops at the limit rather than charging you more.
Tax and VAT
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. It calculates any local tax or VAT at checkout based on your billing country and adds it on top of the listed price, then remits it on our behalf. Your invoice comes from Paddle.
Upgrading mid-cycle
Upgrades take effect immediately and Paddle prorates the difference for the remainder of the period. Your new page limit and features are live on your next scan — no need to wait for the cycle to roll over.
Downgrading and cancelling
Both are self-serve from your dashboard via the Paddle portal. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to Free. Past reports stay accessible; new scans follow the Free limits.
What happens to your data
Scan history is retained for the window your plan lists — 30 days on Pro, 90 on Agency. Shareable report URLs stay live while the report is within that window. We never store credentials used for Deep Scan.
Refunds
If a scan fails or a report is unusable because of a problem on our side, email hello@vitalsite.io and we will refund that period. Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.
